Zamboanga Radianz Restaurant began on 1973 and located at Makati Ave. Metro Manila catering mostly to the local crowd. Its specialty was native and seafood cuisine coming from the Zamboanga City.

In 1975 Zamboanga Restaurant branched out in Adriatico, Malate Manila. This branch is ideally located in the heart of the Tourist district.

After thirty four years of existence, Zamboanga Restaurant has proven its worth. Its main goal is to provide a good place where best quality food and services is found. Its specialty is seafood and native cuisine, and some international dishes as well. Zamboanga Restaurant caters mostly to tourist and local clientele. Zamboanga Restaurant offers nightly cultural show and serenaders to entertain its patrons. Zamboanga Restaurant offers nightly cultural shows which features dances from the different parts of the country.

Creamy soup tastefully cooked with crustaceans & clams. Our very own version of Bouillabaisse Soup.

Zamboanga Whole Lobster
Fresh whole lobster caught by the net from the deep seas of Zamboanga and may be cooked thermidore, grilled, charcoal broiled, or as you desire.

Grilled Prawns
Perky pink prawns brushed with lemon butter sauce while grilling, served with vegetables. May be cooked charcoal broiled, steamed, peppery, or as you desire.

Exotic Crub Delicacies
Spicy Crab (per 100 grams)
Meaty crab sautéed with garlic, ginger, celery, spiced and tomato sauce.

Fried King Crab (per 100 grams)
Kikkoman soy sauce made thick, sweetened and blended with a tinge of wine and spices, poured over large fried crabs.

Pinatisang Alimango (per 100 grams)
Fish pond crab braised with a special tasty sauce that includes the aligue (fat) of the crab itself.
